Village Craft Winemaker
Welcome to Village Craft Winemaker (hereafter referred to as “VCW”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Age Requirement
You will sign a declaration that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and that the wine is for your personal use; proof of age required.
3. Starting and Payment
When engaging in the wine brewing at the VCW, the Wine Brew fee and Wine kit must be fully paid prior to the yeast being sprinkled and the wine started.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Wine and Beer Kits
The selection of wine and beer kits is subject to availability. VCW will suggest a similar kit or they will order in the Wine Kit and have you come in to start it.
6. Use of Facilities
Customers agree to follow all instructions provided by VCW staff while using the facilities and equipment. This is for cleanliness and ensuring that the wine is of the top quality. Failure to do so may result in voiding the refund policy.
7. Liability Disclaimer
VCW is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the use of our facilities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials provided by VCW are the intellectual property of VCW and may not be used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
