How UWinemaker Works
STEP 1 - DAY 1:
Choose your wine kit, set the UWinemaker on your counter, mix ingredients with an easy ‘Rock and Roll’ motion, then add yeast to start fermentation.
STEP 2 - DAY 14:
After fermentation, apply the ‘Rock and Roll’ motion to the UWinemaker to mix stabilizers and clearing agents, effectively degassing wine while protective CO₂ prevents oxidation.
STEP 3 - DAY 28:
Wine is now brilliantly clear and ready to bottle directly from the convenient tap—no siphoning needed, ensuring effortless, mess-free transfer and perfectly preserved flavor.

I have been making wine for some time using carboys. Since I moved I have limited access to water in my wine making space. Staff explained the process using the UWinemaker in place of carboys and I decided to give it a try. Finished my first batch and I can say it was much easier than using the carboy method. Bottling was a joy and finished in no time. Cleaning up was easy as I could just move the empty UWinemaker to the kitchen and get it ready for the next batch. Staff at the store are very well informed in wine making and take the time to educate you. No better place to get your wine making supplies.
The UWinemaker system provides a completely different and better taste than the days of glass carboys and plastic buckets. The process of making the wine is far easier and the quality is much better. Lori provides an excellent establishment and her knowledge will ensure you get the best quality of wine.
