Come in and check out the U Winemaker™ at Village Craft Winemaker. This patented Calgary invention makes High Quality, Crystal Clear Wine (and flavourful high quality beer) in less time than the traditional Pail and Carboys method…
The system keeps the wine protected by a layer of CO2 which gives the wine a freshness and bouquet plus you end up with 30 bottles.
Its all-in-one compact design eliminates the heavy lifting, filtering, siphoning, and mess… putting the fun back in Home Wine Making. The product’s streamlined, fast ferment process means you’ll be bottling your favorite wine kit in less time, from 28 to 45 days for most kIts. At the time of this writing, Village Craft Winemaker is the Brew on Premises outlet in Canada that started to use this innovative product in its “in-store” fermentation process. Whether you ferment your wine or beer in store or at home, the UWinemaker will make you proud every time.
Thanks UWineMaker!!

The Future of Wine Making
The UWinemaker Is Made With Food-Grade LLDPE
The UWinemaker fermenter is manufactured from LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), with the manufacturer specifying that all components are made from food-grade materials.
LLDPE is widely used throughout the food and beverage industry because it is durable, flexible, resistant to chemicals and impact, and well suited to sanitary food-contact applications. These same qualities also make the UWinemaker easy to clean and sanitize between batches.
LLDPE isn’t an unusual material for food contact – it is commonly used in food packaging, pouches, freezer films and other applications designed for direct contact with food.
